| Special Orders We specialize in working with customers with special and unique needs. If we don’t stock it what you are looking for, chances are we can find a mill that can make it for you; from custom siding patterns, to specially cut timbers, to re- sawing and surfacing. To help you save time on the job site, we can also arrange to have your materials pre-stained, primed or painted. Minimum purchase requirements do apply to special orders and it can take up to six weeks before shipment due to product availability, mill schedules and volume. A deposit is required for all special orders at the time the order is placed, with the final amount due prior to shipment. Sorry, we are unable to take returns on special orders. Please include zip code! Delivery Options Local delivery is provided with a modest fee within Skagit, Whatcom, Snohomish and Island County. To Destinations outside the Northern Puget Sound region, small orders are generally shipped via UPS or FedEx, while larger orders are sent via common carrier. A deposit of 50% is required at the time the order is placed, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees as well off loading the material at delivery. Large units of materials are generally packaged in such a way that off-load requires the use of a forklift or crane. Please be sure to note on the delivery paperwork if you suspect any damages during transit. |
