Grown and harvested from environmentally sound practices in Indonesia, Red
Balau is uniquely beautiful and extremely hard. Sometimes referred to as
Mahogany, this wood has less color variations than other hardwoods, a tight
grain and stunning deep rich red color.
Red Balau is ideally suited for deck applications due to its natural resistance to
rot and decay. Deck boards may be finished to preserve the natural color of
the wood or allowed to weather to a natural silver grey.
